In some cases the British and American publishers in the early years used slightly different titles (here noted as "B:" and "A:") and in their printing used different sized pages, resulting in different page numbering of the same texts. In general, the list below follows the British publisher's ordering. Please note that the numbering of the volumes differs in other language editions and that because of delays in publication, a designated year for publication, e.g., "1977", may have actually appeared or been copyrighted as "1978".
